Went into downtown Vancouver with the kids, to soak up some more Olympic spirit this week...it's a hard feeling to describe. The word peaceful comes to mind. Happy and peaceful. We were lucky enough to catch the Mascots performing on ice in Robson Square...Miga, Quatchi and Sumi. Saw and heard some crazy ziptrekers travel overhead. Glad we went!

Oh! I'm envious. I didn't get to see the mascots. They look so cute! The kids really must have enjoyed them. It sure is a different feeling downtown these days, so much energy!!
