Summer memories...

We had a great time on our trip camping in Parksville BC this summer. One of the highlights of going to Parksville is always visiting Coombs Market for ice cream. It has lots of unique gourmet condiments, amazing freshly baked breads, unique gifts, and of course, the goats. Coombs Market is known for all the goats that live on the roof!

Goodbye sweet summer...

I have a strong love/hate relationship with summer. I love having the opportunity to be off with my kids for another summer, but we all don't do well with the heat. So I am sad it's over, but relieved that the cooler, crisper weather is coming. This lovely summer sunset is SOOC (straight out of camera) and was every bit as gorgeous in real life as in film. Felt blessed to experience it during a camping trip I took my kids on in Parksville BC. Can't wait to go back again next year!
